Colored Phylogeny Tree Drawing

This script can be used for drawing a color ps/pdf representation of a phylogeny tree.

#color ^ENSM.* 0 0 255
This causes all leaf labels that start with 'At', 'ENSP', 'ENSM' to be written in red, green, blue respectively. In the absence of a suitable specification, the label is written in black.
