Sorted Blast Graph
This application runs locally on your computer and requires a Java environment, at least version 1.5. It produces line graphs showing overlapping sequence parts. There are two versions available
- A graphical: Started by clicking on the menu's "Start Application" button, or downloaded and started then.
- A command line: Where you can generate graphs and produce png utput files.
