The NanoPipe pipeline analyses reads generated by the Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencing device by aligning it to specific target sequences.

It is designed for analysing reads of PCR products from Malaria and Dengue patient samples, for the former it provides SNP information and for the latter serotype identification. You can also use the pipeline with your own target sequences.
