MetagenomicsDB is a flexible database for case-control studies analyzing the human microbiome. At present, it is dedicated to present the results of a study on child growth: the gut microbiome is compared between children born too small (small for gestational age; SGA), born average size (average for gestational age; AGA), and SGA children catching-up later in their development.
